An Elevated Dining Experience
Make a reservation at Top of the V, The Viv Hotel’s signature restaurant on the 12th floor; a memorable dining experience. This chic, Spanish-inspired rooftop eatery hosts whiskey and wine tastings, holiday events, and brunches. We enjoyed creative tapas from the Ambassador Menu, savoring Basque dishes like Jamon Serrano Croquetas, Iberico Pork Chop, Artichoke Bomba Rice, and Tarta de Queso (burnt Basque cheesecake).
Complementing the vibrant flavors of the meal was an impressive selection of handcrafted coctéles, as well as cervezas and sangria. Moctéles with fresh fruits and free spirits are a must-try that your little ones will love sipping. My daughter loved the refreshing, non-alcoholic Piña Azul, a tropical blend of pineapple, lime, and blueberry flavors.
The outdoor terrace, complete with lounge chairs and cozy firepits, provided the perfect setting to dine al fresco and gaze upon the twinkling Anaheim skyline and Disneyland fireworks.
